Brief Bio Frankie Campofelice was born in Buffalo, New York where he was active in the city's theatre community, working with numerous companies including Musicalfare, Desidero's Dinner Theatre and Second Generation. Favorite roles include Benjamin in God's Favorite, tribe member in Hair, Tony in West Side Story and Jack in Into the Woods. He also participated in several vocal and piano festivals including NYSSMA area All-County/All-State Chorus and Lancaster, NY Dynamics Music Festival for six years. He attended Emerson College in 2009-2011 in a B.F.A in Musical Theatre, then transferred to The Boston Conservatory where he continued his studies towards a B.M in Vocal Performance and a M.M in Music Education.
During his time at the Conservatory, Mr. Campofelice has performed in several staged and semi staged operas including La Boheme, The Cunning Little Vixen and The Magic Flute. Opera scenes include Die Fledermaus. He is a student of Monique Phinney.
As a music educator, Mr. Campofelice is president of his graduate class's NAfMe chapter. He also works as a private voice teacher, both freelance and through the Boston Conservatory Program for Students on the Autism Spectrum.
Mr. Campofelice aspires to continue his studies in Vocal Pedagogy in the near future, as well as working as a freelance voice teacher and performer in the Boston metro area.
